About the Studio & Stay Space
You will stay in a private room directly connected to the studio, allowing you to focus on your work at any time. Please note that this stay is provided as a part of the workshop program; it is not a commercial hotel service. > The environment is quiet and intimate, ideal for both beginners and professional artists seeking concentrated practice. > The program fee remains the same even if you choose not to stay overnight, as the accommodation is an inclusive part of the experience.
Experience Kanazawa
Kanazawa is known for its museums, traditional crafts, tea culture, and beautifully preserved districts.
Your time here will be a balance of artistic practice and cultural exploration.
The house is approximately 2 km from both Kanazawa Station and Korinbo.
Within a 10-minute walk, you will find bus stops, shared bicycles, rental cars, supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores, izakaya, conveyor-belt sushi, local diners, cafés, a public bath, and a coin laundry.
A private kitchen is available, making self-catering comfortable.
You can cook ingredients purchased at Omicho Market or nearby supermarkets.
The first floor includes the entrance, bathroom, toilet, washroom, a program stay room, and the carving studio.
The host lives on the second floor.
The bathroom and toilet are shared with the host family.
The washing and drying machine is also shared.
Please note that the toilet may occasionally be used by visitors to the studio during the daytime.
We are unable to accept participants who smoke.
